Adelfa Marie Samson, E-RYT 500, YACEP®, has been a yoga practitioner since 1995 and a teacher since 2003. Her initial yoga training was in San Francisco and San Diego, California followed by continuous studies in India from prominent masters and gurus. She is a Director of Training in one of the yoga schools in Bangalore.
Her additional training in Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu and Acupressure, Reflexology, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy has given her in-depth knowledge of yoga and other health-related disciplines.
